The customer is responsible for any Canadian Import Duties & Taxes and any Brokerage Fees (if any).

We can not guarantee or give you a delivery date, as it all depends on the Customs Department in your Country.  We can only give you the date it was received by Customs.

Defective merchandise replacements will be made upon receipt of the originally shipped goods. All refunds are made for the purchase price only, not shipping fees. In some cases, a restocking fee may apply.  Engraved Urns & Memorials and custom urns & memorials can not be returned.

If you ordered with a credit card, we will credit the same credit card.

We will refund return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our mistake or damaged in shipment.  We do not accept FedEx or UPS collect returns.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the product and notify us immediately at 866.514.2090.  The carrier will inspect and pickup the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

We suggest you send your return via FedEx or UPS for your protection and to insure proper delivery.
