Just like your pet, each urn is uniquely custom made. The entire design process from mold crafting to glaze firing is done by the artist herself. Each piece is given 3-4 paint applications which result in the vibrant, colorful designs that make these urns a fine piece of art. As a finishing touch, your beloved pet's name as well as the dates of their time on this earth can be added to the urn at no additional charge.
The breed of dog can be customized for an additional charge - see below.
'Home Sweet Home'...where your sweet pup will be the recipient of all the magnificent attractions that life above has to offer. The ultimate in comforts await your friend, including some old favorites such as squirrel chasing in the park, dips in the neighborhood pond, and specialty-made treats from the local bakery (absolutely heavenly).
This unique pottery is made in USA. Each piece is hand-painted, with every color applied 3-4 times to achieve the strong, opaque colors which create the signature look. Then they are bisque fired in the kiln, glazed in a handmade-lead-free glaze, and fired a second time to 1946 degrees. Special sealing glue is included.
No two pieces are exactly alike, so your product will be similar to, but not exactly like the examples we’ve shown here on our website. There are always minor variations in color and design from piece to piece. These variations are the hallmark of fine hand-painted pottery.
