Best of all, you will get to see an exact layout of your memorial before any engraving is done. This insures that we laser engrave the photo of your pet and the wording you select exactly the way you want it.

You can e-mail a high resolution scan of your favorite photo to CustomerService@EternalPawPrints.net and provide any special instructions (such as remove house in background etc.) should you have any. When sending an e-mail scan of your photo, be aware that we accept only the most widely used formats ( .jpg, .tiff, .bmp, .png). We recommend a scan resolution of 300 dpi in a 4 inch. x 6 inch. size. Allow 7-14 business days from our receipt of your photo/scan to receive the laser etched memorial.
Lettering Policy For All Burial Markers:
Unless otherwise requested, pet names are engraved in all upper case letters, inscriptions use both upper and lower case letters, and day specific dates are written numerically. For example: “November 12, 2006” will often be engraved “11/12/06” while “November 2006” will be engraved “Nov. 2006.”
