**SPECIAL NOTES**
Lockets are made of stainless steel 316 and they are UV protected and featured AAA grade crystals and tempered glass. It is rust proof and hypoallergenic.
Lockets and chains are stainless stell 316 and colored through a process called IP Plating. Basically, IP plating is a specialized process which fuses the the colore to the base metal in a vacuum environment. The IP plating actually becomes a part of the metal, ensuring a hard, durable finish and beauty that will last.
The UV protection on the lockets helps contribute to the longevity of the locket by sealing the crystals and glass into place. The glass is tempered glass, which is four to five times stronger than standard glass and does not break into sharp shards when it fails. Tempered glass is manufactured through a process of extreme heating and rapid cooling, making it harder than normal glass.
Cleaning Your Locket: By it's nature, stainless steel 316 is easy to clean and maintain. Simply use any polishing cloth and rub in a circular motion. As with all jewelry you should put it on after you have applied any lotions, cosmetics, perfumes, hair product and/or sprays.
